This one's kinda screwy. In the Manga (which i think is better) Akito is a girl raised as a boy (boy haircut, boy clothes, etc.) by her mother. But in the Anime series, Akito is a boy. She kinda plays the role of God in the zodiac, and she feels when each of the zodiac members break from their own curses.
Kureno isn't in the manga very often, but what i've seen of him, I like. Kureno is the Rooster of the zodiac in Fruits Basket. His curse was broken before he was born though, so when he is hugged, he turns into a sparrow.
Ritsu has long hair like Ayame (not nearly as long) but that's only because he likes to dress like a girl. Ritsu is the Monkey of the zodiac in Fruits Basket.
Baaaa! Baaaa! Hiro a fiesty one, but he loves Kisa with all his heart and would do anything for her. If you haven't guessed, Hiro is the Sheep of the zodiac in Fruits Basket.
Ayame is definitely the most flamboyant of the four older boys! He has very long hair, which you obviously can't see (it goes down to his knees). Ayame is the Snake of the zodiac in Fruits Basket. He's also Yuki's older brother!
*swoon* I luv Hatori! He's so quiet and handsome! Hatori is the Dragon of the zodiac in Fruits Basket. Although, through generations, his curse became weaker, so when he is hugged he is turned into an 8 cm long seahorse.
Still as dreamy as ever, Yuki is the kinda guy I'd take home to my dad. Not as good as Kyo, but still dreamy. Yuki is the Rat of the zodiac in Fruits Basket. Btw, from now on, I'll be doing the rest of the zodiac in order.

Ah, the manga/anime that started it all (for me anyway). This was the first manga/anime (which if it is both manga and anime it will now be called manganime) that i've ever seen. I luv it! :)
I'll be doing some character picture posting, starting with fruits basket. so we'll wait and see! ;)
